Thermic Edge has a standard range of 2100c laboratory vacuum furnaces with graphite hot zones and inert gas injection for processing from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum, but we can also offer specially built or modified versions of the standard furnaces, with Graphite hot zones up to 3000c and Tungsten hot zones up to 2600c.
our range of sample heaters and substrate heaters, all are suitable for use in high vacuum. We also have versions for O2 or aggressive and corrosive environments or for use in air. We do have standard ranges of heaters (click the standard heater link where they appear in any section for more details of sizes available), but we do also specialise in producing bespoke or special designs.
